Early Deaths are Often The Trigger Sleepless

Predilection stay up and sleep deprivation is not good for health. A revealing study, men with chronic insomnia have a risk of death four times faster than those with healthy sleep patterns.

As the Daily Mail quoted the page, the findings of this study add to evidence that it therefore needs a healthy sleep pattern if you do not want to have died young.

The conclusion was based on studies published in medical journals related to sleep. The research studied the sleep patterns of 1,000 women and 741 men since 1990. Eight percent of women and four percent of men have chronic insomnia by sleeping less than six hours a night.

Increased risk of death influenced the pattern of poor sleep, such as diabetes and high blood pressure. Conditions worsened by smoking habits, alcohol use, depression, obesity and sleep disorders.

Women with insomnia is not too risky cause of death. Women are more able to overcome the problem of lack of sleep without lowering their life expectancy. However, researchers are still trying to find a more detailed explanation of why insomnia is more dangerous for men. Read More
